If you haven't registered yet, do that. Then click on "Account" followed by "My Notify Settings." Select "Enabled" under Notifiy Status and "Enabled" under Notify New Content. Then choose what you want sent to you. You could have the whole chapter emailed to you! Finally, if you want to be notified when somebody comments on the chapter you can enable that as well.
